On Monday, Dec. 10, Religions for Peace and the Capital Region Peace Council are organizing an interfaith vigil to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights and International Human Rights Day. It will take place at the Human Rights Monument on Elgin St. beginning at 4:30 p.m. Everyone is asked to bring candles.
